What are the booking terms for excursions?

Full payment for the tour is required at least 24 hours before it starts; payment on the day of the tour is not accepted. To book, you must submit a request in advance, indicating the number of participants (with the ages of children from 4 years, if any), hotel name and room number, phone number, tour name, and desired date. We recommend booking 1–2 days in advance, and for popular tours — a week ahead.

What time of year is best to fly to Thailand?

The most comfortable season to visit Thailand is from November to April. During this time, the weather is dry, moderately hot, and the sea is calm.

Is the transfer to excursions included?

Transfer is included in the cost of most excursions. Please confirm details for specific routes when booking.

In what currency are excursions paid?

We accept payments in rubles, Thai baht, USD, EUR, as well as bank cards and cryptocurrency.

Do I need a visa to travel to Thailand?

For citizens of many countries a visa is not required for stays of up to 30 days. For longer stays, a tourist visa is required.

How many days in advance should an excursion be booked?

We recommend booking excursions 2–3 days before the desired date to ensure availability. During peak season, booking periods may be longer.

Are there any discounts for groups or children?

Yes, we offer discounts for groups of 3 or more people, as well as special prices for children. On most tours, children under 4 years old or under 100 cm tall can join for free. Please check the details when booking.

How can I cancel or reschedule an excursion?

You can cancel or reschedule the tour no later than 24 hours before it starts. If canceled less than 24 hours in advance, the prepayment is non-refundable. Refunds for cancellations due to health reasons less than 24 hours before the tour are possible with a valid medical certificate.

Спасибо за поездку на Симиланские острова — впечатления просто незабываемые! 🌊 С самого начала всё было очень четко: трансфер вовремя, приветливые гиды, подробный инструктаж. Лодка комфортная, экипаж внимательный — заботились о безопасности и комфорте пассажиров. Вода, фрукты и обед включены. Сами острова — это настоящий рай! Белоснежный песок, кристально чистая бирюзовая вода, невероятные панорамы. Подводный мир поражает разнообразием: яркие рыбки, кораллы, иногда даже черепахи. Места для снорклинга подобраны идеально — вода прозрачная, видно всё как в аквариуме. Экскурсия превзошла все ожидания.
